Traditional and friendly rural free house, with a single bar and separate restaurant. The large patio has pleasant country views and overlooks the children's play area, with a covered, heated space for smokers and barbecue in summer. En-suite accommodation is ideal for anglers and keen walkers exploring the nearby reservoir, country park and beyond. There are two handpumps on the bar, but in quieter periods only one rotating beer may be available.
