Accredited for beer quality 2022.

The Black Bear is an eye catching black and white timbered building (dated 1662!) at the top of the High Street and opposite the church. The theme is continued inside with its low timber beams. There are several sections to the internal layout, part of which is devoted to dining. However, a bar area is available for those attracted by the interesting range of four well kept beers. Altogether a comfortable, attractive and friendly establishment.
