Newton Abbot Pub Walk

This walk begins just steps from the station and loops through Newton Abbot’s most distinctive drinking spots, from a microbrewery in a historic malthouse to one of the last true cider houses in Britain. With everything from Victorian pubs to modern craft bars, this route blends tradition and variety in a compact town centre stroll.

Take your time—nearly every stop serves something local, and the pace is as relaxed as the surroundings. Arrive by train and end with a Teignworthy brew near the tracks it was made beside.
