Moved to current larger premises near the bus station in May 2022.

As the name suggests, The Sound Bar combines music, primarily vinyl record sales, and a bar. Popular with locals and visitors alike, especially music fans. Can be very therapeutic to flick through the album sleeve racks while sipping your drink and listening to your favourite music on request. A range of musical instruments hangs from the ceiling and the walls are adorned with record posters and album covers. It has live sessions most Sunday afternoons. It can be loud and busy at weekends.
