Situated about 2km from the centre of Wokingham on Barkham Road, this 17th-century Chef & Brewer pub, refurbished in spring 2015, will appeal to diners and drinkers alike. The interior features original wood beams, working fireplaces, many local photographs of historical interest, a range of dining areas, and a bar outside with five handpumps dispensing a choice of real ales. Food is served all day and there is a large patio area outside with heated wooden pods.
