Traditional family run real ale pub with twelve handpulls, dispensing three Rowton beers, Everards Old Original, four guests (including a dark beer at all times), and three ciders. Dark beer always available. Bar snacks at all times.

Entrance into the inviting front barroom and bar which leads to a rear room and cosy snug. A passage to another rear room with a back entrance and toilets. Many period features throughout. Open fire log burners inmost rooms. Function room available for private events. There are a number of car parks nearby and the local bus station is less than 200m away. Dogs welcome.
