Rotherham district's fourth micropub, opened on Friday, Jun 1st, 2018 in a former Post office, next to an Antique shop. More recently it was used as a hair and beauty salon. There are three handpumps and four craft taps on the bar. The nearby Chantry Brewery usually supplies one real ale. There is no piped music, as the theme is to go back to basics by playing board games, Live acoustic music and open mic nights feature, however, on every second and last Tuesday of the month and some Thursday and Saturday evenings. Pork pies, sandwiches and cheese boards are available. The former kitchen has now been converted into a little snug. A small outside area is accessed via the pub. Fifteen minutes walk from the new tram/train Parkgate stop.
