Converted a long time ago from two terraced houses, it has been further opened up in more recent years but retains a separate bar and snug and has a surprisingly large garden. Although this traditional pub doesn't offer any parking it is only a 10 minute walk from the town centre. With two darts boards, it supports a number of darts teams (Tue, Wed, Thur) and on Thursday night a crib team The pub also has its own Sunday League football team. . Quiz nights on Sundays, bingo every other Tuesday A wide ranging selection of guest ales one from the Dorbiere range. Offers four rotational craft & world beers. The pub runs its own beer & cider festivals in April & August. Branch Cider Pub of the Year 2016. Peel Terrace Community Market is held at the pub on the first Saturday of the month 12-4pm. There is a loyalty card scheme.
