Branch Pub of the Year 2020 and 2022. In heart of the village frequented by locals, cyclists and walkers. You can expect to find an impressive range of real ales that are not available elsewhere in the area, invariably from small breweries. as well as two ciders. The characterful interior with a number of interesting features and a separate games room. There is a dining room upstairs but diners are equally welcome to eat in the bars. The publican hosts a Thursday quiz night with a difference.
