A inn since 1775, known as the Green Man since at least 1815 and under the same management since 1990, this freehouse offers guest beers from regional and local brewers. A pub at the heart of a vibrant village community and also popular with walkers and cyclists visiting the area. Home cooked food is served in the bar and small dining area (no food Monday or Tuesday). The bar has a real fire and well behaved dogs are welcome. Outside is an extensive garden area. There's a large verdant garden area where the annual free music festival is not to be missed. A true and lively village pub.
