New Bollington Brewery venture in Congleton Market Quarter opened on 17th November 2023.

Five cask Bollington beers are available, there may be occasional changes. There are 11 beers and one sparkling cider available from keg taps.

Food is available from multiple vendors on-site to be delivered to your table by ordering in person or via web link. A range of hot drinks plus cocktails and other alcoholic drinks are available at the bar.
