Opened in 2018 in a 16th-century, Grade II listed building which was previously a cafe/Restaurant. Three, or four, real ales are usually on offer including a house beer from Green Duck Brewery, together with various craft beers and cans. Family run with one main room and a small courtyard outside. No food sales but customers are welcome to bring their own from home or local takeaways. Although the pub is a bit difficult to find if you are outside of the area it usually an interesting choice of beers which are not regularly available in the town.
