Cosy Mediterranean style bistro-bar, opened in 2019.

Four real ales are on the hand pulls, plus craft beers on the fonts.

Conversation adds to the atmosphere as people drop in for a chat to sit at the bar, in groups at tables and benches, or maybe for a continental coffee. There's also a secluded courtyard at at the back. Later on Sunday afternoons there is often live music - see Facebook for details.

Dogs are welcome in the bar, no young children.

Cask Ales offer Monday to Thursday 3 - 6pm (£3.00, updated Dec 2023).
