Specialist bottle shop and sampling room with a small bar to the rear and a secluded upstairs lounge. Two hand pumps dispense a range of rotating pale and hoppy beers from Northern independent breweries, with a third pump dedicated to dark beers, mainly in winter. Real cider is also available. Minimalist décor but exhibits work by local artists. The wide range of bottled beers, some of which are bottle conditioned, may be consumed on or off the premises.

Pies, peas and pint evenings are on Tuesdays. A quiz is held every other Sunday.
