Large and very tidy and thriving two bar pub where the tenants are very keen on their real ales with four changing ales and a craft keg beer usually available. The front bar has TV, juke box, pool and darts and the the Saturday evening music nights. There is a large garden with patio and children's play area, there's even table tennis. Pizzas are served every evening except Sundays when Sunday lunches are served from 12:30 to 2:30.
