Re-opened in early 2018 after a transfer to a local Community Interest Company, which now runs this community pub. Tastefully re-decorated, giving the large U-shaped bar a bright and clean look. The pub benefits from having the village Bowling Green situated behind the pub (and which was originally part of the pub's premises). Food is now available.
