A town-centre pub purchased in 2020 by Big Smoke brewery that has benefitted from a substantial refurbishment. In particular a heated garden room with retractable sunroof. Ten hand pulls offer up to six changing real ales and four ciders, complimented by a 15 craft keg tap wall. House beer Solaris features regularly. Quality traditional pub food is offered throughout the day and there is a real fire by the entrance. Wheelchair users need to ask staff to lay a ramp to access the toilets.
