A 10th century coaching inn at the heart of Wokingham that retains much of its character - oak beamed ceiling and the old courtyard garden yet with all you would expect from a cosy town-centre pub. It has four big TV screens showing sports with a state of the art audio system. There are regular Band Nights, with bands playing every other Saturday. A wide range of lagers, bottled beers, wines and spirits is available and two hand pumps serve real ales rotating weekly.

No food.

The Pub has reopened after refurbishment with a new manager, Helena.
