This pub is close to Trafford General Hospital. New managers arrived in 2021.

There is live music with bands playing every Saturday evening and an acoustic night Open Mic night on Fridays. Wednesday is a smartphone based quiz night, poker night on Thursday

Children are welcome until 9pm Sunday-Friday and until 8pm on Saturdays. Highchairs and free colouring sheets are available. Well behaved dogs (on leads) are also welcome.

Note on disabled access : enter through the Moorside Road car park and the east door; don't use the Brook Road side until the planned new ramp has been built.
