A typical, no-frills Samuel Smiths pub with a traditional but pleasant interior. It comprises a main semi-open plan lounge area with a separate snug/games room and a centrally located bar. The front of the lounge and the snug have stone flagged floors. The rooms have numerous interesting pictures on the walls. An extensive collection of books, mainly with a transport (especially, railway) theme, is provided throughout the pub and can help pass the time. The use of electronic devices is not permitted within the pub.
