A new build pub to a new design for Marstons Brewery in the new township deveplopment of Waverley, situated about a mile from Catcliffe. Built on a former industrial and open-cast mining site, it opened in Aug 2014, and is geared to food, served seven days a week. However, it does cater for those who only wish to drink with tables designated for drinkers only. It features beers from the Marstons Group portfolio, two of which frequently change. It is close to the new Advanced Manufacturing Park, with easy access from the Sheffield Parkway and the M1, junction 33.
