Dec 2023 , bar sold to Liverpool Brewing Company. Liverpool CAMRA Branch Pub of the Year in 2013, and its first accredited LocAle pub in 2009. This friendly café-style pub, where lively banter often prevails at the bar, continues to serves mainly local beers, from Liverpool Brewing, Brimstage, Southport and Liverpool Brewing breweries in particular, with occasional beers from further afield. Real cider in a box. The pub is a popular live music venue with local musicians and bands Thursday through to Sunday evenings.
