This pub is named after Scotland's first iron ship; which used to sail on the nearby Monklands Canal. Formerly a Wetherspoon, the pub was bought by a family business in December 2021. Real ales ceased to be available at this time. The pub is on one level apart from a raised area by the window to the right. We are currently uncertain as to whether real ale will continue to be available. Alcohol is available after 11am.
