The original pub on this site was demolished in 1960, when the M50 was built. The replacement, overlooking Junction 1, has a large open-plan bar fitted out in 'rustic' Beefeater-style. Families are welcome. Food is standard range for this chain, and aspirators are used on the beer. Full disabled facilities available. The car park is free for three hours for customers.
