Advisable to book for food Friday/Saturday night and Sunday lunch. Food unavailable Monday and Tuesday evenings, although Pizza always available.

New kitchen, new Gents toilets and disabled access added in 2023.

Outside are seats and tables on paving and several marque-covered areas, plus an extensive grassed area often used for barbecues and other functions in summer. A popular pub with walkers The pub has monthly live music sessions. Free overnight parking for motor homes, but phone to book; caravans and campers are also welcome.
