Country inn close to the estuaries of the Lune and Conder just reopened following a disastrous fire. Now essentially one long room divided up by various means including steps, with the bar halfway along. 2020s corporate decor. The hilly garden has a play area, a well and barbecues in summer. Cycle racks outside: handy for the Lune estuary cycle path. A popular destination. A stork featured in the coat of arms of a previous owner. Part of the "Classic Inns" stable within Stonegate.
