Located in Preston Village. Built 1814 ,originally used by thirsty miners from the nearby Preston Colliery. Customers had a close association with "Preston Races" hence the name of the pub - Sportsman. Revamped 1896! The one roomed bar is in a horseshoe style and there are many framed pictures of yesteryear . One that caught my eye was "Accommodation for Cyclists. Good stabling." Excellent patio area at the rear with some superb pictures.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer and 2 regular beers.
