Originally a sister pub to The Taproom SE18 (as was, now Salt Woolwich) in Royal Arsenal, Woolwich and linked to Hop Stuff Brewery. Opened Friday 1st December 2017 to great fanfare locally. Large square room with concrete floor and all ceiling ducting visible. Windows on 2 sides give good view of Market Yard. A long bar counter occupies one side and has 16 dispense taps on the wall for keg beers. Beer range is shown on an overhead pin board, Seating is at a variety of tables and around upturned beer barrels. Food is sourdough pizzas prepared in an open-to-view kitchen equipped with an attractive dome topped pizza oven. Cask ale is no longer available. When Hop Stuff Brewery ceased operating the venue was taken over by Molson Coors and in late 2021 was bought by Salt of Yorkshire.
