After being closed for many years, reopened August 2018 after an extensive refurbishment. Has two real ales, numerous keg and TV Sports screens. Occasional live music, discos at the weekend in a 'night club' environment. The exterior belies the impressive interior. No food but customers are welcome to bring in food from neighbouring outlets. Note cask ale not always available, due to low demand.
