A comfortable food led country pub on Thorpe Green. Refurbished in September 2016 with a modern colour scheme, but largely retaining previous bar layout with open beams and nooks and crannies. Extensive garden to the rear, and additional seating including dining huts on a patio to one side, and on the green in front. Ten minutes drive from Virginia Water Lake in one direction, and Thorpe Park in the other.

Historic Interest

Reputed to have started life as a hunting lodge for nearby Windsor Great Park.
