Popular free house serving up to four guest ales from independent and national brewers which has an L shaped lounge featuring a real coal fire, antique brewery mirrors and other memorabilia. There is also a traditional public bar with a pool table, dart board and television screens. To the rear is a Victorian style covered and heated smoking conservatory. The classical style pub sign is also worthy of a look.
