Close to Streatham Common Station, this spacious, welcoming, family friendly, community orientated two bar Stonegate pub, is managed by Parched Pub Co and is a regular in CAMRA's Good Beer Guide and was the local CAMRA South West London branch Pub of the Year in 2019 and 2021.

The large front bar is comfortably furnished with tables and chairs for drinkers and diners. Saturday Brunch and Sunday lunch roasts are especially popular.

The airy back bar can be hired as a function room and is often used for meetings by local community groups and others.

The walled garden is especially popular when the weather is fine. If not large umbrellas and an undercover area protect patrons from the rain.

Cask beers are usually from London brewers with brews from By The Horns, ELB, Portobello, Sambrook's, Southwark and Twickenham often available. There may be an interesting guest ale or cider from elsewhere available. The cask offerings are complemented by a good selection of bottled and canned beers from LocAle brewers.

There is a very popular Bring Your Baby Pub Quiz from 12 - 2:30pm on every 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month. Advanced booking is advisable.

Comedy nights on the last Sunday of the month are very popular.

A film night on Monday's is a popular free event... there's a family friendly film at 5:30pm followed by a mainstream film at 8pm.
