Open plan pub refurbished in April 2022 but first licensed in 1846, with L-shaped bar and exposed beams and comfortable seating throughout. . The large garden areas are popular in the summer and a floodlit Petanque court is also available. On Thursdays a quiz is held and there are also Live Music events on Saturday nights. The Pool table is exceptionally popular and the pub supports several teams. Branch Most Improved Pub of the Year 2022.

Historic Interest

Grade II listed and beacme a pub in 1846, although building is much older a former farmhouse.
