Terrace-style cottage pub with a garden. An inn for more than 180 years. The Plash is the centre of village life, with welcoming locals. There is a quiz night on a Tuesday and a folk night plus a number of other special nights throughout each month. The guest beers are usually from small, independent breweries. Home-made food, locally sourced ingredients, is available with specials on Wednesdays, Thursday and Friday. The disabled entrance is to the rear. Local CAMRA Pub of the Year 2012 and in 2018 was awarded for 10 continuous years in the Guide.
