This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.

Community atmosphere in imposing stone building halfway down steep cobbled lane adjacent to the main park in the village. The bar area is made up of separate seating areas around pool and snooker tables, a darts board and big screen sports TVs. The upstairs function room can be hired and has a stage, dance floor and fully stocked bar. The last Thursday of the month is quiz night. Monthly ticketed music events raise funds for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice.The club admits card carrying CAMRA members. Three hand pumps rotate beers from Goose Eye, Mallinsons, Oakham, Dark Star and Bingley. Local 2019 Club of the Year.
