Fourteenth-century town-centre hostelry with two welcoming rooms, a public bar at the front and the bar/restaurant behind, with timber predominating. Framed photographs of old Tewkesbury adorn the walls. They are getting noticed for their excellent, well-priced food, served lunchtimes and evenings. Knowledgeable staff will happily tell you about the resident ghosts. Live music on most Friday and Sunday evenings and Thursday is quiz night. Westons Old Rosie cider available.
