Tapas Bar & Restaurant, which opened in the centre of Gowerton in 2018 and has become very popular, as a destination venue for many different groups including walkers and cyclists. It has a small bar in the entrance room offering a small but changing range of craft beers. There is a second room with more seating downstairs, and a larger restaurant upstairs, all done out in a tasteful and comfortable decor. Outside there is a large, heated canopy seating zone. Although it has only been open for a short while, the bar has become a valued local community asset hosting several activities such as a Sunday Social, with special deals and interestingly teaching courses in British Sign Language.
