A village pub with an 'olde worlde' feel given by the mixture of wood panelling, bare stone and brick finishes. The public bar has an impressive, large, horseshoe counter and connects to a lounge cum restaurant. There is also a function room and a small games room with pool table and juke box. Refurbishment is taking place in early 2023.
Opens for coffee and cakes at 9.30 with light lunches served from 11:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Thursday and a full menu 12 noon to 9pm Friday to Sunday.
NOTE: Alcoholic drinks are not served until 11.30 (12 Sun).
