A warm welcome is assured at this friendly locals' freehouse which is located alongside the Keighley to Halifax road. The pub sits high on the hillside with stunning views. The guest ales are usually sourced from local and regional breweries. All beers are keenly priced. A variety of boxed ciders are offered. The premises have a semi-open plan layout but still retain a multi-room feel. Real fires warm the pub. The conservatory houses a pool table and to the rear of the premises there is a beer garden and smoking area. For the energetic, the Great Northern walking/cycling trail is nearby.
