Large pub/restaurant/hotel near the sea front at Marsden. There is a bar and a lounge and at time of visit (Nov 19) Doom Bar and Banks Bitter available in the lounge only. Note opening hours and meal times differ depending on day of week. Live music at weekends. There are numerous buses which pass the door to South Shields and Sunderland.
