This 1839 corner house, last refurbished in 2019, is a modern bar and upstairs restaurant with an impressive marble bar top. Popular with tourists, it also has a strong real ale following to meet local demand. The food offering includes Sunday roasts. A downstairs bar can be hired for functions. Look across the road for the splendid sight of 4 red telephone boxes.
