The pub, located next to the lock by River Witham, was taken over in March 2016. It has been refurbished and has extensive floral displays in summer. The large conservatory acts as a restaurant and attracts many diners. There is also an enclosed garden area. The landlord is a CAMRA member and keen gardener.
