Rambling old riverside pub on two levels, with downstairs bar opening onto rear patio, which overlooks the River Thames. Up to three real ales usually available, including a guest. Food available daily from extensive menu. The name relates to a member of the Grand Order of Water Rat's horse. A blue plaque commemorates the founding of the entertainment industry charity here in 1889.
