This old pub was fully refurbished in May 2013, food is a major aspect, and there is a comfortable restaurant upstairs in the eaves, which is also available for private hire. The menu has a good range of traditional pub meals, all at reasonable prices. Sports fans are amply catered for in the form of Sky TV. Up to 2 ales are normally available from the Greene King stable.
