This quaint, traditional country pub is now owned by Peak Ales and serves their own cask ales alongside other regional breweries. Warm up next to the log fire on winter days or enjoy drinks alfresco on the pretty walled terrace. Traditional locals' pub unspoilt by progress, with a mixed clientele where all are welcome, including dogs and walkers (but take your boots off before going in). Outside there is a paved drinking area ideal for warm summer evenings.
