The King George (formerley known as The Moss) is a traditional local pub within striking distance of Altrincham FC's Moss Lane ground and just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Altrincham. A JW Lees tenancy, the Lee's Bitter & a Lee's seasonal ale is usually available.

The main body of the pub consists a single large room with a long bar across the rear of the room. However, the room is broken up by island fireplaces & partitions breaking it up into smaller alcoves & areas giving it a more homely feel.

There is plentiful parking in a large landscaped car park to the left of the pub, with a few extra spaces in front.

Quiz night Thurs and Sundays 9pm.
