After being closed by Punch on 30 September 2021, the Jack & Jill has now been reopened by a local licensee following refurbishment. The two bars are supplemented by a terrace area and large garden. No cask ale is available at present. There is a strong community focus, with charity fundraising events as well as regular live music. The pub is family, child and dog friendly, and welcomes everyone. A car park is available; by public transport the 463 bus stops at "The Mount", just by the pub.
