This is a restaurant, where drinking alcohol, including draught and bottled beer, is only allowed when food is being consumed.

Formerly he Kingfisher, this has re-opened as the Hickory Smokehouse restaurant after extensive alterations. Although primarily a food venue it does have a sports bar area which serves two real ales plus canned and bottled American beers. Closed due to a devastating fire in August 2016. Reopened after 1 year of structural repair works.
