Cosy village pub in a small village next to the River Don, with impressive oak beams and well decorated interior. Adjacent to the village church it is utilised for Christening and wedding receptions. The lounge bar which is well furnished and pleasingly decorated. No TVs but background music kept to a discreet volume. Reopened after refurbishment November 2022. Kitchen to reopen 2023.
