Cocktail bar and coffee shop which opened as the Copper Tree in October 2019 in the former premises of The Tapas Bar. After a short closure and refurbishment, it reopened as Hardie's in July 2021, offering tapas, flatbreads and burgers, which may also be ordered by customers of the adjacent Alehouse.
